At Driblab, we're building products that help the sports industry make better decisions through data. As our team grows, we’re looking for our first Quality Assurance (QA) hire — someone who will take the lead in shaping how we ensure the quality, reliability, and usability of our tools.
This is a functional-focused QA role suited for someone with a strong eye for detail, a solid understanding of how software should behave, and a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences. You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to verify features, spot inconsistencies, and proactively suggest improvements.
You won’t just be testing — you'll help build our quality culture from the ground up.

- Own and lead all functional testing efforts across our product suite.
- Understand product requirements and ensure they are fully reflected in test plans and test cases.
- Perform manual exploratory, regression, integration, and acceptance testing.
- Reproduce and clearly document bugs and inconsistencies across systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to clarify requirements and catch issues early.
- Develop and maintain structured, reusable test case documentation.
- Contribute to the development of a consistent QA process as the team scales.
- Suggest process improvements and help define quality standards for the company.
- Track testing coverage and quality metrics.
