Letter from the CEO: 2025 was great, 2026 will be even better

During these special days, I wanted to take a moment to share, in a more personal way, how I see Driblab today—and the journey we have taken over the past year.

The position we are in is not the result of chance or a single decisive moment. It is the outcome of many well-considered steps, guided by a clear strategy and sustained by product development, talent, and a global ambition that has been part of Driblab’s DNA for a long time.

2024 was a defining year for us. It was a year of execution and consolidation, in which strategy turned into reality. We launched and strengthened a multi-product portfolio, building a solid and coherent offering fully aligned with the real needs of the football industry. This was no small achievement and represents a key milestone in Driblab’s evolution.

At the same time, we completed a rebranding process that is now fully established. This new identity makes Driblab clearly recognizable and reflects a much more mature positioning as a technology company, both in how we present ourselves and in how we are perceived by the market.

A clear example of this evolution is the work we have done with the tracking data we collect ourselves. This data has become the foundation of our Physical Data and Arrigo products, representing a significant step forward in our technological capabilities. What began as a strategic initiative has evolved into fully operational solutions, used and trusted by our clients on a daily basis.

These products have not stood still. Continuous improvements throughout the year have increased their accuracy, scalability, and real impact on decision-making. In the first week of January 2026, we will share a detailed dossier explaining why we believe our physical data is the most accurate on the market today.

Over the years, Driblab has also established itself as a strong partner in emerging markets such as CONCACAF, CAF and AFC. These are fast-growing competitions with a clear focus on professionalization, data, and technology. We have built stable, long-term relationships in these regions, and our presence and influence there continue to grow.

At the same time, Driblab has gained broader recognition across the football industry. This is not only our own perception. CEOs, sporting directors, analysts, and club executives trust our work and rely on our tools. This external validation confirms that we are delivering real, differentiated value. We have also expanded our client base in Asia and Africa. Beyond the immediate commercial impact, this opens the door to strategic regions with unique dynamics and strong long-term potential, reinforcing the global scalability of our solutions.

Finally, Driblab has continued to grow internally. Today we are a larger, better-structured organization, with more team leaders, a stronger commercial presence, and more engineers dedicated to each product. This structure gives us the capacity not only to scale, but to do so with rigor, focus, and ambition.

Looking ahead, everything we are building points in one direction. 2026 has the potential to be our strongest year yet—not only in terms of growth, but in influence, product maturity, and the value we deliver to clubs, leagues, and football organizations around the world. Before closing, I would like to wish you very happy holidays and a great start to the new year.

Warm regards,

Salvador Carmona
