Ceará Sporting Club and Driblab have signed a partnership agreement to integrate advanced statistics into the talent acquisition and performance analysis processes carried out by Ceará Sporting Club’s sports management and the analysis and recruitment department.
With this agreement, Ceará Sporting Club, a historic club from the Ceará region that has participated in the Copa Sudamericana 2021 and 2022, reaching the quarter-finals in the last edition, will have access to driblabPRO, where it will be able to search more than 200.000 players and more than 180 competitions present on the platform developed by Driblab, with which they will be able to detect talent and analyse the performance of players and teams in a completely automated and flexible way through numerous tools, alerts and functionalities, as well as personalised consultancy services with which to make more objective decisions based on the data.
Relying on companies such as Driblab, which store and model data to complement the analysis of scouts and analysts, is an increasingly relevant decision for the growth and competitiveness of clubs. Football is a game where countless variables come together that are difficult to control. Trying to have as much information as possible to make more objective decisions and save time and money in these processes is fundamental in today’s football.
For João Marcos, Head of Scouting of Ceará Sporting Club: “The partnership with Driblab will offer us a very interesting range of options and tools that will bring important benefits to our routine. Having them with us reinforces the club’s vision to offer the best conditions to professionals in the performance analysis and market analysis departments. We will continue to support the coaching staff and players with new resources in this way.
