We announce a partnership agreement with the Uruguayan Football Association.

Published:05/04/2022

The Uruguayan Football Association (AUF) and Driblab have reached a partnership agreement to integrate advanced statistics in the monitoring and performance analysis processes of the national teams, thus gaining access to an extensive database and innovative technology, with the aim of complementing the work of the coaching staffs of the different Uruguayan national teams.

In this way, the agreement will allow the AUF to have access to driblabPRO, the scouting and analysis platform developed by Driblab, with data from more than 180 competitions, both professional and youth from all over the world, and more than 200,000 players, with the aim of facilitating all the processes of search and analysis of their own and their rivals’ performance, as well as to support their consulting service, having all the possible information to face all the present and future challenges, being able to monitor, individually and collectively, the performance of their players and teams.

In recent years, the use of big data to analyse the game and monitor new and emerging talent has become a fundamental support in the football industry, becoming a decisive tool to complement the work of all professionals in clubs and federations.

Jorge Giordano, Director of National Teams of the AUF, valued the agreement reached: “From the direction of national teams we celebrate the agreement reached with Driblab. Undoubtedly, it adds value to our organisation and to the performance of the technological area”.

For Salvador Carmona, CEO of Driblab, “to obtain the support and trust of a multiple world champion like the Uruguayan national team is a source of immense pride, and a consequence of our commitment to technological innovation, essential to reduce time and improve the work processes of football professionals. The fact that an association like Uruguay trusts us to go one step further supports our position as a consultancy firm in such a competitive space as professional football.

In this way, Driblab already provides services to UEFA, CONMEBOL and CONCACAF Federations, increasing its presence in areas and countries of great tradition and value within the football industry, thus gaining great recognition for its innovative character combining data analysis and consultancy for elite professionals.
